Blue Photonics Inc. has developed proprietary crystal growth techniques to grow low-defect-density GaN substrates and high-quality GaN epitaxial materials.

BPI is located in a more than 10,000 sq-ft facility in Walnut Technology Park, CA. The facility has a 4,000 sq-ft clean room and is equipped with state-of-the-art crystal growth systems and characterization equipments.

Our team consists of a group of compound semiconductor veterans with successful track records. Our scientists and engineers have extensive experience in compound semiconductor growths, particularly in GaN-based materials.
