* Strong MOCVD reactor hardware skills: maintenance, leak checking, MFC changes, OM source changes etc.

* Prior experience loading/unloading MOCVD reactor with glovebox.

* Prior experience with III-V materials characterization: PL, thickness, microscope images.

* Good communication, team and organizational skills.
